Protein Modeling with Discovery Studio

Discovery Studio is a versatile program for analyzing, modeling and visualizing protein structures. Using the national license provided by CSC, Finnish academic researches can install graphical Discovery Studio client to their own Windows or Linux computers and use it to submit modeling tasks to the Discovery Studio server running at CSC.

The course provides an introduction to the usage of Discovery Studio. Instead of giving comprehensive and detailed information about just one of the many modeling tools available in Discovery Studio, the course  tries to give an overview of the possibilities and options that this program has.
