The Center of Excellence in Atmospheric Science

What we are doing:

Main objective of the scientific Center of Excellence is to reduce the scientific uncertainties related to climate change at global scale by quantifying the essential feedback mechanisms between the atmospheric processes and changing functioning of biosphere. The research in the CoE is in many parts relying on availability of high-quality measurement data and scientific computing environments. As part of the center CSC is providing on-site support for the researchers on the Helsinki Kumpula campus.
