Customer steering

CSC's service and development activities are based on strong customer interaction and working together. In order to ensure a customer orientation, CSC applies a customer steering model that defines how customer orientation is implemented in the company's strategy process, in the different stages of the service life cycle model and in decision-making and prioritization concerning new initiatives. We use the steering model to work in closer cooperation with our customers and their networks.
