My first year at CSC has been full on new opportunities and every day I have had the chance to learn something new and develop my own expertise. I started as a coordinator trainee in the beginning of 2018 and now I am a full-time coordinator with my own responsibilities. CSC is a unique organization to work in mainly because we work within so many different fields.
The best part of my work is of course the amazing colleagues that are the very best experts of research, education and IT among others. At CSC we support and help each other in every situation and I doubt there would be a question that couldn't be solved together.
As a trainee, I quickly joined the same tasks and projects as my other colleagues. From the beginning of my career I have felt that my knowledge and expertise is recognized and I have also had the chance to change between projects flexibly.
