Tip: When you open the Zoom link, you are asked to download a launcher plug-in. After you have installed it you should be able to open the webinar room from the link. The webinar room is timed and will open when the webinar begins.

If you are unable to install the plug-in, you can also join the webinar directly through your browser by pressing the link ”join from your browser”. Open it and then press the link ”join a meeting” on top of the newly opened page. You are then asked to enter the 9-digit Meeting ID found at the end of the original Zoom link. Do this and press ”Join”.

Remember to click ”join audio conference by computer” when you sign in to Zoom. If you are using a headset it is a good idea to plug it in before opening Zoom. Make sure that you have selected the correct input and output device for audio both in Zoom and the hardware you are using. You can check your audio settings in Zoom in the bottom left-hand corner of the application window. Please keep your microphone muted during the webinar presentation.
