Change in Managing Director at CSC
The Managing Director of CSC will be changing, and the Board of Directors has initiated the process of recruiting a new Managing Director. The current Managing Director, Kimmo Koski, will continue in the role according to a mutually agreed schedule until a successor assumes the position, ensuring a smooth and orderly transition.
During the transition process, CSC will continue to carry out its special mission, execute its strategy, and serve its customers with the same strong commitment as before. The Board of Directors will communicate further when the new Managing Director has been appointed.
“The importance of artificial intelligence, high-performance and quantum computing, as well as data management and digital services, continues to grow for research, science, and education. Developments in these areas will significantly shape CSC´s operating environment and the expectations placed on its services in the years ahead.
Kimmo Koski has had a distinguished and awarded career of more than 20 years as Managing Director. CSC is a highly respected partner whose impact on society and contribution to strengthening Finland’s competitiveness are substantial. With the company in a strong position, this leadership transition can be carried out in a controlled manner, supporting the successful implementation of the company’s strategy,” says Jukka Mönkkönen, Chair of the Board of Directors of CSC.
