Attention must be paid e.g. to making use of remote learning and virtual mobility solutions to make learning more accessible as well as developing digital services for life-long learning. A key issue is to avoid fragmentation and ensure interoperability between the various solutions and services that are being developed.

EEA must continue to address the development of learning and guidance services based on learning data analytics by providing guidelines on GDPR-compliant use of learning data and supporting the development of trustworthy AI tools for teaching and learning. Development of digital skills and competences must also remain among the priorities of EEA.
