CSC

Most areas of the survey showed positive development. Compared to the national benchmark, CSC employees particularly highlighted opportunities for professional growth, strong support for workplace wellbeing, and the consistent implementation of CSC’s values and ethical guidelines in everyday work.

Open-ended feedback emphasized CSC’s strengths: motivated and highly skilled professionals, as well as an open and encouraging work atmosphere. Team spirit and collaboration were frequently mentioned, along with CSC’s societal impact—employees feel their work supports cutting-edge research and higher education, and contributes to solving major scientific and global challenges.

“Our employees’ insights into our strengths and areas for improvement are invaluable. We are committed to systematically utilizing this feedback across all levels of our organization. I’m truly pleased to see such high participation in the survey, which reflects our staff’s engagement in developing our workplace. The results also help us assess the impact of our development efforts. Last year, we prioritized decision-making and cross-organizational collaboration as key areas for improvement. It’s encouraging to see that, while there is still work to be done, we have made progress in both,” says Hanna Leimola, Director of CSC’s People and Culture unit.

Based on the survey results, CSC has been recognized as one of Finland’s Most Inspiring Workplaces, an annual award granted by research company Eezy Flow to organizations that achieve top results in employee surveys.

Earlier this autumn, CSC was also ranked among the most attractive employers in the IT sector in a study conducted by Universum. Universum’s annual research explores how students and professionals across various fields perceive employers and identifies the most ideal workplaces in each industry.
